I have been practising Yoga regularly for over 15 years. I love attending classes with great teachers, and when that's not possible I practise on my own and use some great Yoga Apps.
Thanks to my yoga practice, I have increased my flexibility. I understand who I am more fully and know what I need in order to be my best. My focus and concentration are way better than when I was younger! And I feel more fully alive.
