MEET ALISON

 

Hello, my name is Alison, and my passion is Inspired Feminine Leadership.

I am the creator of the Inspired Feminine Leaders Program, a transformational coaching journey, which includes comprehensive online materials, recorded visualisations and coaching sessions.

I have been a coach and facilitator for many years, and I've spent the last 6 years studying Transformational Leadership. 

My mission is to disrupt the belief systems of the Patriarchy and enable my clients to identify and heal the internalised wounding it causes. I facilitate the balance of healthy masculine and feminine energy in both men and women, so that head and heart are valued equally. I provide a space where my clients can do their own deep transformational work with loving encouragement, expert guidance, facilitation and support. I stand for Self-Leadership out in the world, enabling my clients to heal limiting beliefs and fully express their unique gifts and talents as leaders of their lives.

I am the founder and creator of the Inspired Feminine Leaders online program © movement and worldwide community, offering inspiration and personal growth and evolution opportunities for leaders, or aspiring leaders, as well as online programs and group or one on one coaching.

I have passionately dedicated 25 years of my life to the empowerment of women, supporting them on their paths of growth and evolution to realise their full potential. 

I believe...

The future of Leadership is more feminine, conscious and connected. It is time for us all to embark on a new inner leadership journey to upgrade our software, raise our standards, and come into our authentic selves. We need new tools to equip us to lead ourselves and others as we consciously navigate our lives, and learn how to flourish. We need to allow ourselves to be nudged towards self confidence, self trust, joy and fulfilment, as we find purpose, peace and a pathway through the chaos we encounter along the way. My deepest desire is that we find out who we really are, that we find hope, our calling, joy and relevance amid the challenges we face in today's world.

* Waking up and taking a good look at ourselves, so we can become more Vibrant, Alive and Authentic.

* Our life expressing who we really are, so we can realise our Full Potential.

* Our Essence sparkling, so that our energy vibrates at a high level.

* Shining and radiating positive energy out into the world, encouraging others to do the same.

* Together transforming the World into a more peaceful, loving, sustainable, safe, and exciting place.

My Background

I have been working internationally in the field of transformation for over 20 years. I grew up in England, then lived and studied in France for over 15 years. I studied to Doctorate level and lectured at Universities. So I have a background in education. I worked as a manager in a major French company for 5 years, so I understand corporate cultures. I went on to train as a coach and started out helping alienated young people to change their lives for the better with an organisation called Youth at Risk. Since that time I have trained and worked in coaching and mentoring, inner journey work, emotional release, spiritual direction, energy work, career coaching and transformational life coaching.

Today I run my own Inspired Feminine Leader programs. I am a certified Feminine Power Transformational Leader, Facilitator and Coach, as well as a senior facilitator, coach and presenter with Woman Within International, the largest and longest standing international women's personal evolution and feminine leadership organisation (womanwithin.org). I have supported hundreds of women on their personal growth and healing journeys in:

the UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, the United States, Australia and South Africa.

I work in both English and French, both in person and on Zoom. I live in Switzerland in the Winter and the South of France in the Summer. I love inspiring others to create balance in their lives and achieve their full potential, healing whatever we find that needs to be healed along the way.

On a more personal level,  I became a mother at the age of 19 and I view my role as mother and grandmother as the richest of journeys, empowering me to truly understand unconditional love.

My greatest joy is to help people make the shift in consciousness needed to manifest sustainable positive change in the world as leaders. I am passionate about helping people connect to their true essence by releasing old patterns and trauma, enabling them to live more fully in the present moment and become inspirational leaders in their life and work.
